Ground floor double in a clean and tidy house share with two shower rooms, a separate living room and a large garden.

Hobart Road is a great location for Addenbrookes, the town centre and the railway station. There are several shops and supermarkets nearby and all the eclectic mix of bars and restaurants that make Mill Road a fun place to be.

The current housemates are two females and three males. They are two research associates, a medical photographer, a school liaison officer and an administrator.

The house has a large kitchen with a washing machine, separate tumble drier, dishwasher, combination microwave and two freezers. The garden is well maintained and a great place to sit and entertain friends. There is a shed for storing bikes.

We are local landlords and are always on call to attend maintenance issues and do communal cleaning and gardening every two weeks.
