A nice clean room in a quiet house suitable for a professional independent person

Double bedroom for single occupancy.
Shared bathroom (Shower no bath) which is shared with myself.

Use of kitchen for preparing your meals.
Use of garden.
There are Free Parking bays available opposite the house
You will be responsible for your own meals,
You have use of the kitchen for this purpose, using your own food, beverages & condiments etc
you will be provided with a small cupboard & a shelf in the fridge for your use if required
A table in the kitchen to eat your meal -if you prefer not too eat in your room.
My home is near the A14/science park, it's a 15 min cycle ride to town/Grafton centre/ Anglia University.
The local Bus stops opposite my house, it goes to town/ station/addenbrookes hospital is just 15 mins on the bus to town. 25min to Addenbrookes

The Guided bus is a 6 min walk
Histon & Cambridge North train station is a 12 min cycle ride

Local shops, doctors, dentist all within walking distance.
There are 2 hotels nearby.

I will require a copy of your passport please if your a visitor to the uk

Deposit is only in case keys are lost, and locks need replacing. To be returned on leaving when keys handed back
