Two double furnished rooms are available from 1st March in a friendly shared house on just off of Mill Road.

We're a 5 minute walk from lots of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes, 15 minutes walk from the train station and the city centre is only a short walk/cycle away.

We have a shared living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate second toilet. We have a decent sized garden with a large shed for secure bike storage. There is also free on-street parking available and we are near a number of well-served bus stops.

All bills are included in the rent, including WiFi and a cleaner once a week!
