Extra Large Bedroom in a Family Home

We have an extra-large en-suite room to let. It is so big that you get your own lounge in your room.

It is also furnished with a super king-size bed, a 5-door wardrobe with drawers inside, a dressing table and a juliette window looking into the garden. You will be sharing the washing machine and the fully equipped kitchen-diner with us downstairs.

My wife and I are are originally from Hong Kong and are both working professionals in our mid-30s. We have a two-year-old daughter and we will be living on the other side of the house, separated with your room by the staircase. Hence, there is a little bit more privacy if that's something important for you.

There is a bike shed at the front of the house for your bike and there is free parking on the road.

The rent is £900 per calendar month and that includes all bills and council tax. We are looking for a single female occupant.
