We are looking for a new housemate (PhD student or professional) for our spacious 3 bedroom house in Cambridge. We are a sociable PhD student and a nurse and we enjoy relaxing together in the evenings and getting a takeaway or having fajita night from time to time. The room is a good sized double bedroom available to rent from the 1st April 2019. It includes a built-in wardrobe, bed side table and there's space for a desk and set of shelves.

We have a good sized family bathroom, a large living area, dining room and kitchen.

We also have a beautiful garden and off road parking. The house is situated on a quiet road, a short distance from the centre of town and within easy walking distance of Mill Road and the station.

Bills usually total £115 a month.
