Bright & modern room for female professional

I have a single bedroom available in a two-bedroom flat in Eddington - a modern development in northern Cambridge surrounded by plenty of green spaces.

The flat is new and furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.
The bedroom has a single bed, large storage cupboard, desk, chair and chest of drawers.
A covered bike storage space is available for use.

The location is especially convenient for anyone working in the northern part of town. Sainsbury's and Argos are a 1 minute walk away. The U-Bus will take you to Cambridge station and city centre within 20-30 minutes. It takes around 10-15 minutes by bike to reach the centre of town.

I am looking for a clean and respectful female professional for 2-3 months initially, with the possibility of extending after. Ideally, I'm hoping to find someone who is independent and easy-going but also values living in a comfortable and cozy environment that feels like home.

I work for an environmental NGO and love spending time outdoors, running, playing tennis and bouldering.
