is a Self-contained private en-suite independent single "compact" unit/flatlet, accommodation.

The "Studio" has an ensuite separate bathroom. So basically It has one main living area and a separate bathroom. The Living area is of a "MODEST size" living/bed room with an open plan kitchen at the other side of this room, plus one other room which is its private bathroom "attached".

This is a large 4 bedroom spacious cul-de-sac house very close to city center (about 15 minutes walk) in a very quiet & exclusive high class area just a few minutes walk to Cam. Uni.

We are a very quiet family with 2 boys (ages 15&18). I am an IT consultant and have my own company and I work from home.

I am 62years old and my wife is 45. My wife works locally in biomedical sciences. The family is British though speaks another language too.

Although you are welcome to visit us in person anytime, preferably in the mornings, but early (quite well ahead) reservation/booking is advised "if" requiring to secure the accommodation, as many are applying all the time so we need to operate on first come first serve basis.
