Currently have one house mate moving out on 1st October 2022. We are a sociable, friendly and clean household. We enjoy occasionally hanging out together and do stuff at the house/in Cambridge, fitness classes and like to chill at home watching movies and have bbq’s in the summer.
The bedroom which is available is a lovely double room.
The house itself has a front and back garden, 4 double bedrooms in total, kitchen, dining room and separate lounge and ample street parking. The guided bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the house and there is a Tesco express, takeaway and Pizza Hut nearby!
Sharing the house with 3 other females (aged between 25-27, we are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and sociable).
Rent is £400pm + £150 for bills. This includes all the usual bills e. g. gas, electric, internet, council tax, Sky TV etc.
