Current occupants living in the property are myself, wife, mum, dad and younger brother mostly at work or university also have another tenant staying in a separate room

The room itself is very clean with a single bed, wardrobe, small bedside table, desk and central heating you will have your own shower room with toilet which is located downstairs

Access to your own side of the kitchen we have provided kitchen utilities such an electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes and pans
