We are looking for a professional (No students) to fill a lovely single room in our house share . The girls have specified that they wish for another female to join the house. The house is painted in modern neutrals, fully equipped kitchen, a communal sitting room, off street parking and a large sunny garden.

The room has a south facing windows at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It is furnished with a single bed/memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, and a built in wardrobe.

The rent is £495/month inclusive of all bills. There is superfast broadband and a cleaner twice a month.

The house is close to Abbey Sports centre, on bus route 3 to the city centre, station and close to Addenbrookes and Marshalls and has good road links out of the city to A14, A10, A11 and M11
