Single Room in friendly house share Bills Included

We have a single furnished room available in a friendly house share in Cherry Hinton. It's available now, but the contact isn't due for renewal until 8th July so we can be flexible with dates.

You will be sharing with 2 girls who enjoy socialising together, cooking dinner, watching TV, gardening, and going out! We've been cracking out the BBQ in the good weather, and we spend the occasional night in the garden watching shooting stars under blankets. We do enjoy a glass of wine together some evenings but we also respect each other and keep it quiet when it's late. Ellie is into the arts, and Taz plays guitar and is a keen runner. This house would suit another professional female/male in their mid-twenties to early-thirties but we are open to hearing from anyone who may be interested.

All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, Internet) are included in the price. The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bed-side table/drawers (not visible in the video), chair and there is also a wardrobe in the living area that can be used by the tenant. There is a shared bathroom with bath/cascade shower, a separate toilet, a shared living/dining area with sofas, armchairs, dining table and chairs, TV and a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, washing machine and a big fridge/freezer for the 3 of us!

We also have a large garden/patio area which is great for BBQs and socialising in the summer, with a garage for storage and a covered area for bikes.

Cherry Hinton is a 10-minute cycle to Mill Road or a 15-minute cycle into town and it is on the Citi1 and Citi3 bus routes, easily accessible to Addenbrooke's, Cambridge train station or town centre within 20-30 minutes. We have plenty of local shops on the high street, including Tesco, Boots, various takeaways/restaurants (Domino's pizza, Chinese, Indian etc), charity shops, a library, a bike shop and 2 pubs.

We've also recently discovered Spotify Family where we have a shared playlist, which you'd be welcome to join.
