This is a large north facing second floor room (3.35 x 5.20m) with a large kitchen/dinner (room 2 on floor plan). The room has recently been redecorated and re-carpeted.

There will be two other females sharing the kitchen and bathroom and we are looking for another female tenant.

Furniture in the room includes: double bed and bedside table, desk and chair, large fitted wardrobe and shelving unit. All bills are included and there is a shared washing machine and dryer on site. The flat itself is in a small block of eight flats which is well managed by the landlord.

The block of flats is just north of the river within walking distance of the centre and well located for all Cambridge University departments, Anglia Ruskin, the Science Park and Addenbrookes.

There is a communal terrace/garden, with storage for bicycles.

Car parking is available by arrangement.
