We are friendly and welcoming off Histon Rd. We have currently 1 single available room for 1 lodger. In the house there are 3 more lodgers. Here you can live in a very homely and well maintained house with large open plan dining/living space and a private garden with street parking.
We stay 1 weekend every 6 weeks in our garden annex.

About the house:
--- It is a semidetached house, with two double rooms and a single room upstairs. All rooms are freshly decorated.
The house is beautifully designed and the kitchen is large (open plan), airy and full of light and well equipped. We provide weekly cleaning of common areas and maintaining the garden.
All bills included ; utility bills , fast broadband, city council tax and TV license.
There is upstairs modern bathroom with bath and additional walk in shower. Downstairs there is another toilette.
