Landlords:
We are young professionals and lived in the second floor and there are three rooms to let in the first floor. At the moment, we are only renting out one en-suite room. We used the other two rooms as office/guest rooms as we work from home most of time. We are outgoing and friendly. The living room (not shown in pictures) will only privately used by us. It also means the rest of common spaces are not often used by us and you can enjoy the common spaces if you need more room.
