Tenants requirement:
* Professionals preferred. Preferring for who do not work from home full-time. It’s ok that you occasionally work from home.
* Single occupancy only. Vsits from family/friend/couple is ok.
* To book a viewing, please message us your full name(s), occupation, working hours, starting date and how long you plan to stay with us.
* We are happy for a short term contract and have a rolling contract once your contract ends.

* The toilet is equipped with smart mirror, smart ceiling light, smart water tap, smart heating and smart shower system. (Water tap and shower fitting with temperature controls, water flow controls, and water massage function)
* Nice quiet area with excellent view around.
* The house is equipped with 200+ smart home devices. There are more smart features if you are interested and we can give you a tour view when you make a view for the room.

Location:
* Excellent location and ideal for commutes to Addenbrookes and ARM offices, city centre, train station, near by regular public transport.
* Walking/Cycling distance to David Lloyds gym, large Sainsberry’s store, Mill Road, Cherry Hinton High Street (takeaways, restaurants, pubs, and shops).

Room1:
*Double bed room with large window facing southern-east
*Private owned smart toilet with hot tub. The toilet is not an en-suite but private owned. To access the private toilet from room1, a common landing needs to be used (see photo of the landing from right hand side room1 to the middle toilet).

Room2:
*Slightly larger double bed room than Room1 with large window facing northern-west but has better view than room1
*En-suite smart toilet with better shower fittings and windows in the toilet.
*Pre-recorded virtual room viewing is available but tenants finds the place looks better after in-person viewing compared to the video I recorded :)

Landlords:
* We are couples and lived in the second floor and there are 2 rooms to let in the first floor. We are outgoing and friendly. The living room (not shown in pictures) will only privately used by us. It also means the rest of common spaces are not often used by us and you can enjoy the common spaces if you need more room.
* We both are full time employees and work in hybrid-style (i. e. a few days working from home, a few days in office in a week)
* We use the living room as a home office and a room in first floor as home office as well. T
* We have a boy born in 2024 and he went to nursery/school in the daytime
* We have guests comes very occasionally. Most of time, there is only up to two tenants including yourself, living with three of us so you probably won’t feel crowded in the common area.
