Sociable grad looking for a housemates

Double room in central Cambridge available from September. The house is in a very good location, just off Mill Road. A minutes walk from Sainsburys local, 10 minutes walk from the train station and a 20 minute walk to the city centre.

The room comes unfurnished but can easily fit a double bed and other furniture. The house has a nice garden, taken care of by the landlord, as well as a communal kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There is also a shed to lock away bikes.

As for us, we are two recent graduates looking for a similar young professional. Ideally, we are looking for someone who’d like to be friends and not just a housemate, and would be equally happy with chilled nights in or big nights out.
