The house is in a quiet part of Romsey in the vibrant, cosmopolitan Mill Road area of Cambridge with a varied mix of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Addenbrooke's hospital is just 2 miles away and there is a good bus service.

The city centre is a 20 minute walk away or a 10 minute cycle ride and again there is a good bus service.

The railway station is a 15 minute walk away, 50 minutes to King's Cross.

I am a live-in landlord and I am very easy going. I also have a very loveable but also a bit crazy, Brittany spaniel (Jessie) that lives downstairs.
