Large double with own bathroom on Mill Road

My housemate is moving out in August (exact dates TBC) so we are looking for a new housemate. We are an lgbt+ friendly household of four women/non-binary people plus a very handsome dog.

It's a large double room with a south-facing window overlooking the garden, and comes with its own bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen and living room are shared

Details:

Rent: £480/month incl. bills

Deposit: £550

Furniture included: double bed, two chests of drawers, one wardrobe, one bedside cabinet, one mirror. (The desk and bookshelf will probably go with my housemate.) The kitchen is also pretty fully stocked with pots and pans etc. The room is ground floor but faces the garden and there are small steps between pretty much every room.

Location: Don't want to be too exact but it's over the railway bridge and just past the Co-Op on Mill Road, Cambridge. Very convenient for the big Coldham's Lane Sainsbury's, as well as the Co-op, Tesco's and other shops on Mill Road itself. It's about a half-hour walk to the centre of town, or a 10/15 min cycle.
