We're a relaxed and sociable household of 3 friendly professionals, looking to welcome a fourth (preferably female) into our spacious, lovely home.
The house is in a nice area off Hills Road, close to Cambridge station, Addenbrookes, and the city centre. Parking permits available. Bills come in around £150
The house is light and airy with a large kitchen perfect for cooking and socialising in, a comfortable living room, and a beautiful garden with a garage for storage. Too many features to list - it's a great house to live in and we have a professional cleaner visit twice a month to help keep it that way.
Your room has a nice window overlooking the garden, giving plenty of light. It will come furnished or unfurnished - happy to discuss with you.
T has a sustainable food startup business, G is from Italy and works as a construction design manager on the biomedical campus, and A runs an ebike startup with a team if engineers in North Cambridge.
The size of the house gives privacy and we're fairly busy people but we like to hang out every now and then, relaxing in the garden or in front of the tv and cooking for each other.
