We have a room to let in a quiet residential area, away from the main road and close to everything you might need!
Location

The house is located on a quiet residential street which is a dead-end meaning minimal traffic passes through. In spring the cherry trees blossom, turning the street into a pink sight to behold.

It is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop which takes you to the city centre or you can alternatively bike (very popular choice in Cambridge) to the city centre which takes 20 minutes by bike. Addenbrookes and Papworth hospital is less than 10 minutes away by bike.

Co-Op and a local convenience store is 5 minutes walk away, the bigger stores (Tesco and Sainsbury’s) are about 15 minutes cycle, we would suggest to get home delivery for big weekly orders.
The Room

The room is thoroughly cleaned before you move in and all bedding (bed sheets, pillow cases, etc) are provided but feel free to bring your own.

Every room in the house has a thermostat meaning you can control the temperature of your own room at all times.

The bathroom for this En-Suite Double Room is located inside the room, so it is a private bathroom.
The House

The home was renovated in 2025, so everything is new from the shower to the fridges.

The house itself is maintained by the occupants, who have decided on their own cleaning rota. The kitchen is shared and contains 2 ovens, 2 cooking hobs, 2 sinks, 1 microwave, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer and 2 shared fridges.

Bike theft can happen in Cambridge so a locked shed is provided in the garden, where you can store your bike safely. The garden itself is maintained all year round by us with your help.

There are 6 bedrooms in total, so 4 other occupants (1 male and 3 female) who are young professionals working in and around the CB1 area.

First en-suite double room
The price for a single person is £1150 per month with ALL bills included in the price.
Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax and Fibre Virgin Media Internet included.
Available from 12th of March.

Second en-suite double room with kitchenette.
The price for a single person is £1200 per month with ALL bills included in the price.
Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax and Fibre Virgin Media Internet included.
Available from 1st of April.

Shorter and longer terms are available.

No deposit is taken.

We are looking for a tidy and friendly person.

The room is for a single person not couples.
