Furnished double room in friendly house, Mill Road

One double room available in a friendly 4 bedroom house on Mill Road. The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, a wardrobe and some shelves and shares a nice bright bathroom with two others. A desk (different one than in the picture) can be purchased from an outgoing housemate. The house has a large garden, a big kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The room is at the back of the house which means it is nice and quiet!

About us: We are four housemates, a mix of professionals and a PhD student. We are respectful, clean and friendly, and are looking for a like-minded housemate. We do our own thing but like to cook together from time to time.

We are looking for someone friendly, approachable and clean! We want the house to feel like a real home! Write us a message and we can arrange a virtual viewing, and if mutual interest exists also a socially distanced in-person viewing.

The room is available from February 28th.

Note: The rent price does not include bills. They are paid by the housemates on a monthly basis and would amount to max. 80-100 Pounds per person (incl. internet, electricity and gas, water and council tax).
