Two Lovely furnished rooms 10 mins Jesus Green

This is a lovely house close to Jesus Green (10 mins walk) and a short cycle ride to Cambridge City Center and Anglia Uni (20 mins) and CRC. We are on the North side of town. Easy access to the new development of Edington and also Girton. We have off road parking.

It's a relaxed household. You would have your own bedroom with Uk king or queen bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and share an open plan kitchen dining room, TV room and bathroom. There is a sunny garden, locked for bicycles. Some off road parking but prefer those with no car.

All bills are included and there is wireless internet and cable TV. You can use the kitchen and washing machine as and when you like.

This is not a 'student household' however and would suit someone who wants a pleasant laid back environment, slightly bohemian. We are ecologically aware, insist on recycling. This means that we do not like to have lots of waste and ready meals etc. I live overseas from October to summer and out of the country. I do come back to visit however in the British summer. The house is a family home and furnished as such.

The house is well situatied close to town (10 mins walk to Jesus Green) on the North side, the street is quiet and we know all the neighbours well and have good relationships with them. I enjoy entertaining, dinner parties etc Most of the time the house is pretty quiet and peaceful. There will be a maximum of three people in the house. Would suit a post graduate student or someone new to town looking to find somewhere more permanent.
