THE HOUSE
The existing housemates are all working professionals and are very friendly and laid back. We would be looking for the new housemates to be working professionals as well. The household has in the past had an easy-going, calm and clean environment and atmosphere which we are keen to continue.

The communal areas are spacious, tidy and well maintained. There is a large communal living/dining area, a kitchen, bathroom, and a large easy to maintain garden. There are also parking spaces for 2 cars and 2 garages for extra storage.

HOUSEMATES
The existing housemates comprise 2 males.
( 1 female is moving out purely due to relocation)

BILLS
All utility bills (council tax, electricity, gas, super fast broadband, TV license, water, weekly housekeeper and cleaning products) are included in the rent of £700 pcm.

LOCATION
This is a lovely property in Cambridge, very close to the science park and A14. A short 5 walk away there are shops and a pub. It takes about 10 minutes on a bicycle to get into the heart of the city center, and only 5 minutes in the car.

The house is located close to West Cambridge site and Science Park.

The house is about a 10 min drive to the new Cambridge North train stn or an easy 15 min bike ride.
Otherwise, there is a bus stop 50m from the house, where easy access to the Number 8 bus will take you straight into the city centre.

PARKING
There is off-street parking available for 2 cars, and the street is very quiet despite being close to Histon Road.
