Good size room in a friendly household

Hi all.
We have a good size room available from the 7th of october. The house is all furnished, and equipped with everything what you will ever need(plates cutlery etc) also tidy and clean. It has a huge shared living room as well, where we normally chill, playing videogames or boardgames. The current flatmates are all young professionals, everybody works a lot so the house is never feels crowded. Everybody is respectful, nice, and polite, but also chatty. There is 2 baths and 3 toilets for the 4 rooms. Never a qeue. 550 a month, all bills included, also super fast internet and tv channels. The area is great, 10mins cycle to the center, sainsburys 5 minutes walk, aldi also close, there is a sport field across the road for running and workouts.
We are looking for someone who is clean, and have the similar interests.
