Furnished double bedroom available

Looking for a new house mate/lodger to come and join me in my three bedroom house.

I have a fully furnished double bedroom available, 3.4m x 3.1m in size. The room has wooden flooring, built in wardrobe, and furniture including desk with chair.

The house is clean throughout with shared living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom (double shower, no bath) and garden. No problem with you using all the kitchenware already here if you have none. The garden has patios and seating areas, a BBQ, and is a nice place to relax on the sunnier days. Off street parking is available and there is an area for secure storage of bikes. All bills and internet are included.

The house is in the Abbey area of Cambridge, Whitehill Road estate.
Local shops, food outlets and bus stops - 30 second walk.
Supermarkets (Sainsbury, Tesco, Asda, Aldi, Lidl) - 20 minute walk.
Train Stations, Cambridge Science Park and Grafton Centre - 15/20 minute cycle.
Main City Centre and Addenbrookes Hospital - 25 minute cycle.
A14 (with M11 access) - 10 minutes by car.

I’m a 39 year old professional engineer. I generally work days and occasional evening, and don’t typically work from home. I am fairly clean and tidy, and like to think i am pretty relaxed and easy to get on with. I don’t mind occasionally cooking for others if the favour is returned, or the odd socialising/chilling with a drink, TV, music, etc.

Ideally I’m looking for a like minded professional to live with (mature students also considered). It’s single room occupancy only - no couples or pets. Minimum 3 month let with first months rent and deposit paid upfront.
