I have a large double room in a large 3-bedroom house for short-term let only, between 1 and 2 months.

This house is 5 minutes' cycle or 13 minutes' walk to Addenbrookes Hospital. 7 minutes' cycle or 27 minutes' walk to the main train station.

There is a good sized lounge and a separate dining room, one family bathroom and a large garden. The front garden is big enough to park two cars comfortably. There is also street parking available.

£600 per calendar month. Deposit is one months' rent.
