Hi I am leaving the UK and would like to rent out my room. :)

- £487 per month (excluding bills and council tax) including the single bedroom and an independent study room! + £635 damage deposit (which will return if you don't break anything)

- It's not en-suite, but you only share your bathroom with one person, or you can use the bathroom downstairs

- Ideally 10-month contract Jan-Oct 2020. (The time period is fixed, If you can't do that long, you can transfer the contract to the next tenant)

- Looking for working professionals (minimum salary £19,500 pa as the agent will need to do the reference check)

- Available from 1 Jan 2020 (earlier or later might be possible if required)
- As a legal process, you and I will need to transfer the contract with the property agent

- Well furnished (single bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers etc.)

- Great location: quiet lane just opposite to Fritzwilliam College and 5-min cycle to the city centre, 7-min walk to Aldi supermarket)

- Fully equipped kitchen, shared dining room, shared bathroom with 1 person, garden, storage space, and a garage for your bike

Also, you can have my clean beddings, kitchenwares and many other stuff once you move in. It's like an Airbnb :)
