Two rooms have become available in a three-bedroom house on a Mill Road side street near the Royal Standard pub. There are three rooms in the house and there will be three people in total. Preference will be given to vegetarians/vegans as the house is fully vegetarian at the moment and the remaining housemate would like to keep it that way. The current housemate is a vegan head chef so if you’re into cooking or would like to learn more about vegan cuisine this is the place for you!

There is also an adorable grey cat living at the property, so potential housemates will need to like cats and be happy to help feed her on occasions if needed.

The house is Victorian with a large lounge (wooden floors, fireplace, on street parking), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a garden.

Good-sized double room: £550/month all inclusive (internet/bills/council tax)

Smaller room: Queen-sized bed with small wardrobe and chest of drawers - £480/month all inclusive

6 months minimum term then rolling contract (30 days notice). £500 deposit is held in a deposit protection scheme.
