I am renting this home for 6+ months with scope to extend this duration. I'd like the flat to be rented on one contact to a couple or by two friends. I'd ask that renters are respectful, friendly, clean and tidy; treating the home as they would their own.

This space is suitable for a couple or two sharers (arranged by yourselves) with total rent £1,975 p/m. A deposit of £1,975 is required.

The flat has 2 beds, 1 bath with open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room. It is a 1st floor apartment in a gated residential area. The flat is fully furnished - though please note, less so than shown in photos as I will be rehoming my plants etc.

There is a secure bike lock-up and shed downstairs and I own a single car-parking space. On street parking is never an issue if you have a second car.

Furnishings: double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets (both bedrooms), bookcases and kitchen table. There are also all the necessary items for cooking etc so it is move in ready in that sense.
