Double Room in Beautiful House with Garden

Hello,

We are two guys (a couple, a US PhD student and a Polish civil engineer). Our house has four bedrooms, a large shared living and dining room and a modern kitchen. There are two bathrooms with a shower each as well as a separate toilet. We have a large garden, where we like to relax, grow vegetables and have BBQs in summer. There is also a separate annex in the garden with plenty of storage space and some gym equipment.

The room that is available is a large double bedroom and comes with a double bed and mattress, a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room has large windows overlooking the street and always gets the afternoon sun.

We are all pretty relaxed people. Everyone works during the day (at home at the moment) and in the evening we often enjoy dinner and movie nights together. The living room area invites to work and relax together, although everyone can happily enjoy the privacy of their own rooms.

Other features are: off-street parking, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and the neighbour’s cat, who likes to say hello.

The house is located at the East end of Mill Road. City centre and the Addenbrooke's site are a 15 minute cycle each. There is a big Sainsbury's within walking distance and the bus line Citi 2 leaves almost right in front of the house. Rent is 450£ and includes all bills (high speed broadband, utilities, council tax), and a deposit of 300£ is required.

The room is available on a temporary basis. The move in/out dates are somewhat flexible as our housemates currently live away due to Covid.
