The location is just a mile from the city centre close to the University Library and the west Cambridge site in a well regarded part of Cambridge close to all amenities (convenience stores, artisan bakery, pubs, restaurants, open green spaces e. g. Grantchester Meadows and the river). Minimum let is three months. Very short lets considered (at a higher rental).
Low cost on-road Residents' Parking.
The first month's rent (as well as a month's rent deposit) would be required in advance.
