En-suite in large, neat and tidy house in Cambridg

Hi there, I am offering an en-suite room in my 3bd 3 bathroom, 3 stories townhouse in Trumpington. It is a nice, new and modern house with great amenities and has a large deck, a patio and street parking available, 10-15min bike ride to town center and train station. it is a nice and modern place I’m looking for a professional, sociable, friendly, respectful, tidy and neat female roommate. I keep my place nice and clean and expect the same from a roommate. I like a good chat over a glass of wine and cheese platter and am friendly and sociable - but I also like my own space to wind down. If you’re looking for a house for weekly house parties this is not it ;) I like my peace and quiet as I work quite a lot but I do love dinner parties and such! I’m happy to consider short stay roommates.
