I am looking for a suitable lodger for my spacious, bright and airy garden bedroom studio- detached from the house + with it's own entrance- Single bed, ensuite bathroom+shower, with a fridge (not showing in the photos at the moment- to be updated tomorrow) + very good microwave oven (all that is in the room- as minimal access to my kitchen), in a quiet area -off Histon Rd- only 8 minutes by bike to the city centre. Local shops nearby, including Aldi, the Co-op, and a pharmacy. I'm looking for a mature, clean, considerate professional/ academic. Rent includes following bills (IF you're not working from home the majority of the the time): water, electricity, internet (Wi-Fi). Council tax not included.
