Student room in Cambridge- 15 minute walk to ARU

Update- March rent is to be paid by myself Monday 9th, so you will be paying from April only :)

I'm looking for a replacement tenant for my room in Stourbridge Grove, Cambridge. Unfortunately I haven't been well and am deferring my course until September. The remaining tenancy is until July 2020.

My current flatmates are science and psychology placement students from Oxford, Bath and even Italy. Living with them has been a pleasure in the difficult times- they have always included me, even when I moved in last.

There is a secure bike shed, a garden and 5 minute walk to ASDA and Lidil. You can cycle to Anglia Ruskin University in 5 minutes. The room has lots of storage built into the wardrobe., along with a large wooden desk and under the bed storage too.

The rent is £425, including electricity.
Water- £13.90 on the 21st of each month.
Internet- £9.25 on the 6th of each month.

Total cost each month is therefore £448.15
