Cosy double room in spacious and friendly house

Hi there!

We have a cosy double room in a lovely shared house, which will be available from the 8th of March onwards. It's unfurnished, but there is plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe, etc and there is even a built-in shelf for a TV or similar. The rest of the house is fully furnished but we could make room for some additional items if needed.

The rest of the house is bright and spacious, with 2 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a massive kitchen with lots of storage. There is a large grass garden at the back which is great for barbecues and off-road parking in front of the house with plenty of space for 2 cars.

I am an architect and Joe is a civil engineer - we are both very friendly and enjoy going to the cinema and attending pub quizzes. We also love playing tabletop games and host regular games nights in the dining room! Both of us get up early for work so appreciate a bit of peace in the evenings (neither of us are really party animals) but we love to chat over a cup of tea or coffee in the kitchen or hanging out in the living room where we have put a projector to watch films and play videogames with friends.

We are looking for a non-smoking professional (or PhD) who is tidy and laid-back and who might be up for joining us to watch a film or maybe at the pub. Probably not the house for you if you want to have lots of friends over for drinking on a regular basis but other than that we don't really have many restrictions.
