The house comes with a lovely big garden, a large kitchen with dining table for four and two breakfast stools, a bathroom upstairs next to the bedrooms and a separate toilet downstairs.

The house is very close to a corner shop and a pub. Less than 10 mins walk to various bigger supermarkets (incl. Aldi, Iceland and co-op), post office, pharmacy, and Chinese takeaway.

1 min walk to bus stop. 20 mins walk, 10 mins by bus, and 8 mins by bike to city Cambridge centre.

Free off-street parking.

Rent is £550 a month for one person. All bills are included, apart from TV licence which you will need to pay only if you watch TV. Deposit is one months rent.

We would prefer 12 months contract for continuity, but will consider shorter stays as well, probably at a slightly higher rent.
