A double rooms in a luxury house

We have a double room available. The room has a double bed with a good mattress, a wardrobe and a chest of draws. Deposit is one month’s rent: £450.

The house is a large 4 bedroom house. There is a shared kitchen and living room and the bathroom will be shared with one other tenant (Who has an en-suit without a shower), a garden and on street parking. Included in the price are fully furnished communal areas, TV licence and council tax. All gas, electricity and sky bills (wireless internet and landline) will be divided equally between tenants.

There are three young professionals that already live here. Looking for another young professional who is easy going and willing to help keep the house in a good condition and take their share of keeping the communal areas tidy. References will be required. Sorry but those who work from home will not be considered due to the communal nature of the bills.

Orchard Park is ideal for the A14 and science parks and now has a great regular bus service to town, but of course it’s within biking distance too (2 miles).
