A SINGLE room in a delightful 2-bedroom flat in the brand new Eddington development (2km northwest of the city centre of Cambridge) is available for a KEYWORKER (postdoc, lecturer etc.) or a GRADUATE STUDENT of the University of Cambridge.

Tenancy will start on 12 July 2020 and will last until the end of September 2021 at maximum. Monthly contribution is fixed at £580 pcm, which includes rent and ALL bills (energy, water, broadband, council tax).

1. Fully furnished single room (single bed with mattress, bedside table, chair, and desk)
2. Fully furnished, shared open plan kitchen area / living and dining room
3. Shared bathroom
4. Floor: 4
5. Non-smoking only
6. No pets allowed
7. Accessed by stairs or lift
8. Secure cycle storage on ground floor
9. Total area: ~65 sqm
10. Dish washer, washing machine, and dryer.

My name is Benedict, aged 32, and I am a neurolinguist. I have been working as a postdoc at the University of Cambridge since April 2019.

I am a friendly, quiet, and very tidy person, sometimes funny as well, and always respectful of others' personal space. In my free time, I read, listen to music, and go to the gym. Up for getting to know new, interesting people, especially University-affiliated.
