Friendly houseshare close to Mill Rd

Hey! My long time housemate (we've lived here together for over 3 years) is moving to Australia so we are now looking for a new lovely female housemate to join our house. The start date of 12 September for the tenancy is non-negotiable because of the outgoing housemate's fixed moving plans - you can obvs move in after that date but that's when the tenancy/rent would begin.

The house is in a great location, just off Mill Road. It's fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher!) & comfortable/spacious living room. We've also got a patio/garden area and a bike shed.

The room is a good size, with a double bed, a walk in wardrobe and has other standard furniture. Room is pictured! It is a loft room, and you'll share a bathroom with one other housemate as the other two rooms are ensuite. We also have a downstairs loo.

You will be sharing the house with three friendly and sociable professionals aged 27/28 (two girls, one guy). I've lived here for over 3 years, and Katharine and Petar have lived here for a few months - we all get on well, are quite social, and we enjoy spending time together as a house - watching TV/movies, going to the pub/out for dinner and on walks etc. While we understand everyone needs their own space (we like our own space too) we are keen to find a new housemate who treats the house like their home, rather than somewhere they happen to live, and who is friendly and social/ wants to hang out with us! :)

Our road has free on-street parking so you shouldn't struggle to find somewhere to park if you have a car. We do have a driveway too, but we all have cars so have to take turns.

Bills are £96 pcm at the mo (usually this more than covers bills and we get some money back periodically) and there's an additional £6.25 a month that goes into a pot for end of tenancy cleaning.
