Spaceous and bright double bedroom in shared flat

One lovely double bedroom in a modern first floor flat in Orchard Park, North Cambridge, near the A14. 20mins cycle from town centre or a 15min bus ride, Cambridge North train station is also nearby. The room is unfurnished. The flat comes with a garage (currently used for storage) and there is a communal shed too so lots of storage space. There is free off-street parking available. Please note the monthly rent does not include bills which comes to approximately £140 a month (this includes council tax).The landlord requires us to pay 1.5 months of rent as deposit. He is a very nice guy btw, takes care of any issues swiftly.

About me: I am a young professional working as a primary school teacher and in non-Covid19 conditions I am normally busy with either work or dancing lindy hop (which you are very welcome to come along to with me once it's allowed again). I am an open-minded, social, active person so it would be lovely to live with someone I could have a friendly but respectful relationship with. Most of the time I do my own thing but it would be nice to occasionally share a meal or watch a film together. I am a very light sleeper which makes it hard for me to get a proper rest and since I get up early on weekday mornings, I like to have a lie in on weekends. Therefore, it is important for me to live with someone who can respect this.

I am looking to live with another young professional/PhD student who is friendly, approachable, easy-going, clean and tidy. As it is Covid19 situation, I am also looking for someone who is not too anxious over the virus - I work in close proximity with children and other adults on a daily basis and I do meet up with friends/boyfriend regularly so you will need to be comfortable with this.
