The room is available from the end of August 2020 to August 2021. The monthly rent is at £595 pcm, excluding bills (heat, electricity, water and Wifi). One month deposit is required.
The current housemate is a postdoctoral researcher at University of Cambridge. He is looking for a tidy and easygoing roommate.
