Double room in lovely house

We are looking for someone to move in to our lovely home. This house is really nice and super well located for a brilliant price.

There’s a nice size kitchen which is attached to a bright living room area and a small garden which gets a lot of sun :-) we are a veggie household so ideally you would also be a vegetarian. I mean it’s not a toootaaalll dealbreaker but it would be good.

The room itself is a bright space which is fully furnished with a bed frame + mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk (plants not included although hopefully you’ll bring your own because that way we can bond over our mutual love of houseplants)

The room is on the first floor with a bathroom right next to it, with a shower and bath tub. There’s also a downstairs loo and the top bedroom is an en suite so you will only be sharing the bathroom with one other tenant. No big shower queues in the mornings!

The house is just off the bottom of Mill Road so in an amazing area, about a 5 minute cycle into town and a 20 minute walk. It’s a 15 minute walk from Cambridge Station. It’s a super quiet and nice area.

We’d like to find someone who is friendly, clean and chilled. We are quite laid back people, we are sociable and like to think of the house as a home so hoping to find someone who would enjoy living with us and want to hang out occasionally. We sometimes make roast dinners, my housemate makes a banging roast. You’d be living with an ICU nurse (who also makes handmade jewellery) and an Arts Producer who has been on the TV game show Pointless (yes the house does come with a Pointless trophy on display in the living room). We are hoping to find someone who enjoys to lol because you need to in these weird times right!!?

I’ve said that pets is okay and that’s because we have 2 cats at present but they’re moving out with my housemate sooo if you have cats we could consider that, because they’re amazing.
