The house is in a quiet area on the area of Arbury who enjoy peace, with close links to the A10 and A14. A short 10 minute bike ride to the science and business park. The house is situated on Arbury Road with local amenities on within two minute walk. With a ten minute bike ride to the city centre and shopping centres. Cambridge also has plenty of green outdoor spaces and near the river Cam.
