There is a modern shared kitchen and full cooking facilities along with a washer and dryer. The house of multiple occupancy overall is well maintained.

LOCATION
The house is situated in a quiet street within the outskirts of Arbury. With close proximity to the shops, and ten minute bike ride to the city centre and shopping centres. Cambridge also has plenty of green outdoor spaces and near the river Cam.

GARDENS
The gardens are maintained by gardeners on a regular basis.

CLEANING
The house is well maintained and cleaned fortnightly to a high standard.

WIFI
The WIFI is included in the rent as well as the Bills.

VIEWINGS & VIRTUAL TOUR
In line with the government guidelines there is attached virtual tour before physical viewings to ensure safety.

MANAGING AGENT
