The house has a new high quality open plan kitchen. There is another utility/kitchen for food preparation so plenty of space for personal items and cooking for everyone. Outside there is a pretty communal garden with secure bike storage and on the street plenty of parking on the hard shoulder of the road.

The current tenants are all graduates or studying for a PhD and like a clean and tidy house with a friendly atmosphere.

We are local landlords who value keeping the house and garden in lovely condition. We provide communal cleaning every two weeks and maintain the garden.
