First floor double in a house just North of the City Centre and close to the science park with a citi 1 bus stop outside. All bills are included.

Aldi, the Co-op and Chesterton Sports Centre are within a few minutes walk and town is a stroll across Jesus Green.

The room shares a bathroom with two other housemates. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, a washing machine, separate tumble drier and dishwasher. There is a sitting room with TV with Netflix. 100 Mbps internet is provided. Outside there is a pretty communal garden with secure bike storage and on the street plenty of off road parking.

The tenants work in research, biomedical aids, research, archaeology and software/hardware engineering.

We are local landlords who value keeping the house and garden in lovely condition. We provide communal cleaning every two weeks and maintain the garden.
