A nice double room in a large house , 3 bathrooms, an extra toilet on ground is located off Mill Road, close to City Center and Rail Station (5-8 minutes by cycling). 3-5 minutes to Supermarket (Sainsbury's by walking). One bathroom for loft unit, two bathrooms for other 5 tenants

The house has solid wooden OAK flooring and top-quality furniture. The facilities are very nice too, a washing machine, tube dryer, a large American Style Fridge/Freezer and newly installed powerful hot water and heating system.

Outside, a nice front and a rear garden. An enjoyable Pavilion with porcelain table and stools in rear garden for your outside activities and Wi-Fi with fresh air.

Gated back yard surrounded with brick wall and nice wooden fence, spacious covered courtyard makes your belongings secure and protected from raining e. g. bikes. Parking space is available.

The house has been systematically improved to be a host family for A-Level college before, thus it is a high standard with fast broadband, and now we take it back for nice tenants.

We are looking for ONE nice cleaning, tidy and well-behaved Post-Graduates or Professionals to take the lovely room in a homely house, and you are welcome to view and take a nice room for your quiet free time to have relaxation after a busy day.

750 pounds/month for the double room; Rental includes all bills (water, gas/ electricity, and council tax and broadband）.

Viewing is highly recommended, but I am not living in the place nearby the property and have to arrange a time for showing you around, an appointment will be offered to a serious people.
