Im unable to change to live in landlord as I have other properties. I am the male and propose to travel, so away most of the time. Pavla (house mate) would ideally prefer another female to live with.

The property has a large bathroom with bath and separate, thermostatically controlled power shower. Kitchen is also a good size, allowing all tenants to have their own ample storage space. There is a fan oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave kettle etc.. You will have your own allocated storage space There is a small, sunny balcony. The flat must be kept tidy for cleaner to visit once a week.

All bills are included, nothing extra to pay.

The property is in a great location, with quick assess to the A14, M11, and the 'West Cambridge site'. The center of Cambridge is within cycling/walking distance and the nearest bus stop is at the end of the road. There are supermarkets close by. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with two others.

While I can't offer off street parking the road is quite and you will always find a space close by (no charges).
