En-suite double room - recently decorated

Downstairs double room with views to the enclosed rear garden. Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers provided as well as bedside cabinet. The ensuite shower is powerful and will be fully redecorated and professionally cleaned.
The house has a large shared kitchen and you have access to a bathroom upstair if you would prefer a soak.
Someone pops by each month to clean the kitchen and bathroom and a gardener takes care of the large rear garden which has seating. There is a brick outhouse where your bike could be stored and access to the garden is through a locked gate.
I like to get to know my tenants and as much as I would like references on you, I am happy for you to ask the current tenants for a reference on me as a landlord.
It is a quiet household, 2 of the house mates work at the science park, the other is an IT guru and the neighbours are lovely.
