Fully furnished with modern fitted kitchens, the flats are within a purpose built development on Tiverton Way, to the East of Cambridge city centre, within cycling distance of Addenbrookes Hospital and ARU. There is pedestrian/cycle access through to Perne Road, close to the top of the vibrant Mill Road area of Cambridge. There is also a bus stop at the top of Mill Road which takes you straight into the City. Both Sainsburys and the Co-op are within easy walking distance.

The development has a Property Manager on site during the day and a part-time Night Warden. There are secure cycle stores and an on site launderette for the use of residents only. In additional you have the reassurance of an inhouse maintenance and management team.

The Forum Wi-Fi is served with a 1 Gigabit lease line which is shared across all 33 flats, which is equivalent to a total of 1000 Mbps in both downstream and upstream directions. The exact bandwidth available to each flat will depend on the number of users sending data at any one time. As a guide we would expect at least 30Mbps to be available to each flat, with the ability to burst up to 65Mbps. Additionally Wi-Fi information available upon request.
