Only available for ONE or TWO MONTHS, before landlord needs the house back for his family. Looking for easy-going, friendly person to move into a centrally located shared house.

It's in a great location, v. close to Cambridge railway station with its handy supermarket and cafes, & with the city centre just a 20 minute walk away.
On offer is a medium sized room on the first floor, fully furnished with a desk, chest of drawers, and a standard single divan bed.
The house is currently shared with 5 others (2 guys, 3 girls) who are a mix of post-graduates and young professionals.
There's a reliable & speedy internet - and while there is some social space in the kitchen there's no separate lounge, sorry..
On the first floor are two shower rooms, with a 3rd wc on the ground floor - just in case!
All bills are included in the rent. Virtual or in-person viewings can be arranged anytime when you'll hopefully get to meet your potential (if only temporary) housemates ..
