I am looking for a postgraduate student or professional over 23 mostly not working from home. This is a large comfortable, friendly and warm Victorian house. It is very central - it is a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Everyone who has lived here has enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and making themselves at home, whilst maintaining their independence. . Downstairs there is a bright large shared well equipped kitchen and dining/sitting room area looking out onto the garden.
The available room is on the ground floor. It is a large, airy bedroom for single occupancy including: double bed, bedside cabinet, chair, chest of drawers, hanging space, book shelving, and centrally heated. There is a ground floor wc. First floor shared bathroom with shower unit, bath and toilet. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher available. There is a secure covered bike area that cannot be seen from the road. Victoria Park is an exceptionally neighbourly place to live. All bills and WiFi are included, along with professional cleaning of shared areas twice a month.
